Participants will be challenged to use their knowledge of the business unit they support and the data important to that unit to craft a customized story. They will have an opportunity to hear how colleagues craft their tailored narratives and how the same important HR initiatives are driven through different areas of the business, resulting in collective success.

Pre-work is a stakeholder mapping activity that sets participants up for success in the live online sessions.
Live Online Facilitated Session Day 1 (3 hours)
Live Online Facilitated Session Day 2 (3 hours)
In two 3-hour sessions, a manager and their team develop a deeper understanding of their own and others' strengths. This training includes an SDI 2.0 strengths assessment for each participant as well as a team debrief and guided team charter build.
