What differentiates Zoho from other similar products?

Zoho Meetings works similarly to other bigger-name conference platforms for a much lower price. I have sacrificed nothing by switching to ZM from the previous tool I was using.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cost. It is very affordable for a small business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The dashboard can be a bit quirky at times. Sometimes the current meeting list will not refresh without quitting and restarting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it as a trial, and you'll see what I mean. It's an excellent product for the price.
