What differentiates Zoho Sprints from other similar products?
Zoho Sprints helps us to track projects efficiently. By delivering it with Jira (an external tool) we can transfer "tickets" to our IT team quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Sprints is an incredibly useful and transparent collaboration tool. It helps work on more professional projects and reports from anywhere, works well, connects to many additional tools, and helps with team collaboration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Ease of use and configuration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Sprints is a very useful tool for any organization or department that wants to organize reports and tasks for different projects in a simple and more visually oriented way.

What differentiates Zoho Sprints from other similar products?
I love the way we drag and drop and update the task statuses, it save a lot of time and have have a great user experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They have defined the project management process in a great way such as create epic then create sprint and then add tasks under sprint.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I dislike about this tool. I got everything I was looking for project managment

What differentiates Zoho Sprints from other similar products?
Everything has been very easy and intuitive to use with this tool. Starting the projects, assigning the tasks, controlling the times and seeing how the project is flowing according to plan has been really great for the whole team. Dragging and dropping the tasks and comments allows the progress of the project to be seen more clearly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All the tracking features have been quite useful, such as tracking status, progress, time, activities and even project costs, to avoid investing economic resources outside the stipulated budget. The kanban board is allowing us to be much more organized.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I found it difficult to install the integrations that the program allows. Talking to the technical support team has been an arduous task and they have not yet given us a solution to the problem, if necessary, I will resort to videos and forums to find the solution. Their design is not the prettiest, they could create a much more pleasant and modern user experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A very complete and useful tool for project management. I highly recommend it, because in the time we have been using it and despite some details that we are solving, the tool has fully fulfilled its function, which was to organize us and meet the objectives successfully.
