Using Zoho Forms is easy The software integrates with Zoho products for an improved user experience. The software makes forms creation easy thanks to available templates. Customization of forms is an option with this product

The Managed Computer folder can have different levels of access. Managing Zoho Forms is simple and easy as the admin can monitor colleagues' activities and manage roles and file permissions from the admin panel. The admin panel helps to get the details of remaining storage and number of users. File ownership can be transferred when an employee leaves the job. The Android app provides push notification when any activity occurs in your team folder. The user can also redact and schedule the posting time of the files.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Team management and administration is easy to get in your secure space with features like activity tracking and audit trail. Sensitive data can be safe with access control where we can protect the data to access or modify. The activity timeline helps us to know the operation performed on our file.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho forms should work on a Linux client, so sync can be set up on the server as well. All advanced analytics options must also be provided in the mobile app. Zoho forms should increase the state package file upload limit to at least two GB.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You have real-time updates on who is editing the files within the teams. Allows the user to control who can access files or folders. It works smoothly even when offline and syncs files automatically when we come back online. It's easy to upload and share files securely.
