What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
-Zapier supports most of the apps that we use in our day to day work. Task creation workflow is easy to use and doesn't require any coding skills. -It also supports Alexa & Google Assistant. Zapier is also available as a skill for Amazon Alexa. -Due to the wide array of supported apps, we can even use it for automating our tedious personal tasks or to receive notifications in case of certain triggers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We use Zapier to connect our business apps. It not only saves time but also takes care of certain activities in our absence. I have also configured it to receive SMS on specific triggers which helps when my internet connectivity is bad or non existent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
-For creating multi-step zaps, user needs to be aware of all the conditional branches. -Alexa connection expires frequently, we have to reconnect the skill & re-login Zapier account each time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great tool for linking various workflows from different platforms, in a true sense this is real world automation!

The usability and how easy it is to connect two applications together. Before Zapier it would require weeks of coding or high level knowledge of webhooks.
