What differentiates XaitCPQ from other similar products?

CPQ makes it easy to pick the products you need for the quote you are building and allows us to complete quotes quickly and accurately. The flexible and advanced functionality in XaitCPQ, is what convinced us to buy into their platform. It delivered a flexibility that we did not see with any other CPQ system on the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

From a user perspective, the system is very intuitive and user adoption has not been an issue. The further ability to integrate with our existing CRM system (Workbooks) was also a big plus. The team at XaitCPQ has been very helpful throughout the process and we usually get a quick reply to queries and outstanding support tickets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The XaitCPQ platform can be very complex to administer. We found ourselves relying a lot on XaitCPQ to assist us with designing and programming the configurator. Reporting module in CPQ is a 3rd party tool that leaves a lot to be desired in terms of usability. As we were the first company to use the XaitCPQ / Workbooks CRM integration, it sometimes appeared that we were the guinea pig for that venture.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Budget for some consulting time with XaitCPQ. Designing and programming the product configurator, can be a very complex task for a new user. If you are a current Workbooks CRM user with a complex quoting need, I will highly recommend purchasing the XaitCPQ module that integrates with Workbooks.
