The mobile app for employees, supervisors and other management. This technology puts the employees data back in their own hands and gets us away from our computers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mobile app! It’s so easy to use and I have a wealth of information at my fingertips.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It’s cloud based and there tend to be a lot of glitches.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be prepared to train your employees in basic computer skills if you plan on using the self service feature.
