What differentiates Workday Strategic Sourcing from other similar products?
The ease of use. The associates required barely any training on the product and they intuitively understood how to use it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's most differentiating feature -- the ease of use. You can very easily figure out how to use it and get to the next step.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Probably the event management. If you have a straightforward sourcing event to run, that's pretty easy. But if it's multifaceted in any way, it gets tricky.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's incredibly easy to use and the support team gets back to you incredibly quickly.

What differentiates Workday Strategic Sourcing from other similar products?
Scout RFP has powerful and intuitive eSourcing (RFx) capabilities that allows companies to run events quickly, by just importing line items on one hand, or provide full end-to-end integration with Workday and other ERPs on the other hand. We successfully ran a large RFPs with 1,000 line items and 70 suppliers quickly, efficiently, without any issues. The customer service team was very helpful in assisting setting up the RFPs properly and helping us get the information from the application in the manner we wanted it for evaluation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The capabilities of the RFx module, supplier Q&A and export features into Excel.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The integration into Workday has made the ability to use a more limited subset of the product more difficult and pricing has increased substantially.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Review the new minimum service requirements and price points now that it's integrated into Workday.

User friendly, wonderful supplier and procurement interface!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I would say it's capabilities and features. Also, the fact that it is developed on the latest bootstrap architecture makes it very much up-to-date!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think there is a possibility to improvise in contractual space and make it more of enterprise tool

Go for it! Amazing software for procurement folks!
