What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
The platform is very adaptive and scalable which can be modified as per your growing requirements. Multiple lingual platforms help to interact with all the employs around the global with relative ease. Login experience is not very good as you have to login multiple times in a single day. Despite that with its advance features it helps smart business decision making.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tool not just enables human capital management but also provides a wide range of other features including Financial Management, Spending and Earning Management, Talent Management (Power by Intelligent Machine Learning), Brief Analytics Reports, Professional Service Automation and many other reliable features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With advance machine learning tool and capabilities, the interface is not user friendly and users have to get around a lot of stuff to get to a required place. Menus are also very confusing and messy and take a lot of time to understand and navigate. Some features of the app also break from time to time and requires restarting entire application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
An HR program equipped with AI to enable to understand the skills of your team and find talent available in the pool for tomorrow.

The UI is clean and simple to use, resulting in a positive customer experience. If you realize what you're getting for, scrolling to various fields or obtaining data is quite straightforward.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We now have a single platform that all workers in retailing, workplace, and manufacturing could be used to retrieve their private details, performance-related details, employment history, perks, remuneration, recruiting, and even more. It's really the technology that allows us to fully analyze our personnel makeup, generate analytics, and make smarter business decisions altogether.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If we need to log in numerous occasions in a day using a clumsy MFA, the login process becomes annoying. If you can somehow test a gadget for extended periods of time, the platform would perform much better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended it allows us to fully analyze our personnel makeup, generate analytics, and make smarter business decisions altogether.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
So I was looking for a better HRM software for my company as being a manager and was responsible for all the activities like candidate management, selecting right talent, funnel information management and other activities for human resource department so I implemented this platform and it is really amazing and took all of my responsibilities now I am able to access whatever I need whenever I want. I can easily manage all these activities after this tool in my HR department. It is a great tool for use of emergency contacts and many more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is an amazing approach for our team members of our organization. It is providing us all the information requires in an emergency in no time. We can easily track people positions in our organization. The interface is very simple and user friendly. It helps in finding the most suitable talent in the database at right time. Candidate selection has become easy now. We can easily manage funnel and all the documentations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has still some lack in its functionality. Most of the time while accessing data from reports I find some irrelevant data. Workday still needs some more features in it such as benefit allocation and plans management for HR. There are some options those are confusing sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workday is a great product I would highly recommend it to others go for it and use it . you will never disappointed
