What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

I have much more organization and I no longer have that problem of using emails that was often annoying, Cisco has everything I need from virtual conferences to chat and messaging and everything can be done remotely and regardless of the device since you can use Mobile or desktop device.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco offers me to perform collaborations as my work team, remotely and regardless of the time zone, through videoconferencing or messaging. It has functions such as screen sharing and allows you to take a screenshot from your desktop, you can hold events and meetings online with, integration of social networks, calendar. Cisco allows you to make your conferences and record them, in your online events, then do surveys and ask questions and answers and all this you can do with excellent video and audio quality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I dislike because it is a very easy to use software, but it has the necessary tools to make your meetings at ease, without the need to leave your home and regardless of the time you want to hold them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cisco is simply wonderful to hold your virtual meetings, it not only allows you to make videoconferences but you can also use whiteboards to share notes.

Cisco Webex makes hosting webinars a lot easier, the invite can be sent to multiple groups at the same time and also allows the organizer with control on how each individual can interact.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is cost effective compared to other products and also offers a web version of the product thus allowing users more flexibility

What do you dislike most about this product?

The file sharing features appears to be a hit or miss at times with the upload taking considerably long time and then failing later

A recommended tool to set up meeting with a huge crowd from the same or different organisations

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has an intuitive user interface. Group messaging allows you to create a space for discussions and dialogue. Any invitee to a meeting can join the meeting from any location at any time. It offers high definition audio and video and allows you to obtain recordings and transcripts of the meetings. It makes it easy for the meeting organizer as well as any attendee to share what they are seeing on their screen with the rest of the attendees. Scheduled video conferences are synchronized with each of the invitees with calendar use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This platform offers excellent functions to make videoconferences with your work team and clients in a simple and efficient way. So far the only one that I think needs to be improved is the desktop application.

Cisco Webex Meetings has all the tools for high-quality video conferencing. All important event details are there when you need them. Improve communication and productivity. I recommend its implementation.
