Webex is great for Webex use only

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
There really isn't a strong differentiator, except that you can remotely connect to a Webex device from a laptop wirelessly. I love that feature. There's no need to connect to an HDMI cable as long as it's a Webex board, or installed with a Room Kit. Webex plays really well with Webex products, as you can imagine. It just doesn't play well with anything else.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the remote connection feature, but really it's the plug and play experience with Webex. It makes hosting and participating in meetings very easy. Plus it's widely recognized as an industry leader. We never have problems with third parties joining our Webex meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I hate that once you have Webex, you're a Webex shop. All other platforms are off the table. Webex really wants you to marry it and stay committed. And don't even think about looking at Teams or Zoom. The Room Kit hardware makes it extremely difficult to use anything else but Webex. I totally understand the reasoning, but it's frustrating nonetheless.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You need to really make a decision if you want to commit to using Webex only. If so, then it's an easy decision. Webex is great and has a lot of great features. However, if something better comes along, you'll need to evaluate your contract and terms to determine when you can get out of it, and please know that if you purchased any hardware that it'll need to be replaced with different devices if you ever decide to move away from Webex. Webex is a commitment. Make sure you're ready for it.
Pros

- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
Cons

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Webex doesn't have as many connectivity issues as other video conferencing software on a regular basis, plus I can schedule meetings as well as personal rooms with Google Calendar, which simplifies the process. You can be recursive and use screen control remotely to receive support as well as share applications. You can use cisco webex on any device. You can have a videoconference with up to 200 people.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are many reasons why I like this tool. +its user interface is user friendly +The space during a videoconference can be adjusted to the viewer's liking, such as participant grids and having the control bar at hand. +I can customize my virtual background, changing it or blurring it. +If I am in a place where there is noise and I have to join a meeting; I can remove the background sound. +It makes it easy to communicate with clients, only the meeting link is provided, so it is easy for them. +It is a highly collaborative software, it also has a very active community and information everywhere, so you can always clarify your doubts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is expensive compared to other software. Its system slows down my computer a bit and that's frustrating. Except for those couple of flaws, it is a good working tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it for teamwork, videoconferencing with large or medium sized groups of participants, virtual classes, training, support and all activities that require a solid and secure tool with the essential functions.
