What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Webex is the tool we use at work to keep in touch with both on-site and remote staff. It has made our job much simpler as it also has a remote access and screen sharing feature, which allows us to assist remote employees with issues that may arise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The use of screen sharing not only in its web version, but also in the mobile version makes it possible to resolve any issues faster. The recording functions are also very useful, especially the screen recording, to be able to make tutorials of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the system slows down, the screen freezes when making a video call and communication is lost; this has happened on some occasions, especially with employees who do not have a good internet connection. Its mobile version is not as intuitive as the web version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this software, because it has helped us a lot to improve communications between employees and customers, to solve problems with remote employees and streamline the work, getting them done efficiently in a better time. We have found all the functions and tools of this software to be very useful and helpful.

It is simple to use because it requires only the organizer's URL to be shared, and it is possible to hold a meeting using the browser even if the client program is not installed. You can invite it to be used in a meeting with a firm that has not yet implemented Webex. Even though you may invite for free and participate merely with the URL, you can correspond to numerous firms that have joined it by installing the program, eliminating the need to alter the tools to be used beforehand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because of the impact of the change, it may take some time for the client program to start on Mac if you use it more than once a week. If you try to launch the program from the URL and have a meeting at the last minute, it may be delayed, so I'd want you to upgrade it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You may now have an online conference. Of course, you may share the link, send an invitation, and do the very least minimum. I switched away from Bluejeans and Zoom a few years ago. In Webex, I believe both are perfectly compatible. I've utilized it in several businesses near me recently. If I want to use it anytime I need to, there's no reason why I shouldn't.
