What differentiates Webex Calling from other similar products?

It is a tool that has shown that I can be satisfied with the work that it allows me to carry out correctly by calls or videoconference, since it has a maximum of features that meet all the necessary benefits that allow us to have a more fluid and correct communication to have a safe way benefits.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Webex Calling is a communication tool that allows us to have a cloud-based experience that can be well used for companies of various sizes and is also very accessible on any device, it has a reliable and secure platform that allows us to have the confidence to make calls to have one of the best communications of the highest quality, you can make changes satisfactorily and instantly, such as from calls to videoconference easily, in global webex Calling it is an extraordinary and intuitive phone tool that we can use in a simple or practical way and allows us to secure each client correctly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far it works without any problem and what makes webex Calling have a great reach potentially in calls or videoconferences that you want to make, which would be something on a large scale and in very little time. But if I had any problem, it was with the connection, it tends to delay calls or audios.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very easy to use and its user interface is very good. It allows us to keep each of the mobile numbers secure to improve the security and professionalism of the company. It is a software that we can use as a great tool to migrate your workspace to the cloud. It has the facility to record calls in this way to use them later and to be able to share the information with others. Webex Calling has a great integration specifically with Microsoft teams to be able to make calls directly from there.

What differentiates Webex Calling from other similar products?

Great documentation for users manual. Phone call transfer when in another call is easy. Division of labor is simplified.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Recording of calls is possible and easy. Merging of phone calls. Integration with external applications is easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very slow when using vpn. UI/UX is not very nice. Not east to use for beginners.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best call management system when managing a lot of calls for many clients.

What differentiates Webex Calling from other similar products?

Cisco Webex calling is very nice product to have the corporate calling which uses the internet to call (VOIP) which improves the call quality with corporate security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Calling with internet (VOIP) is the best option where you don't need to add subscription or additional cost for calling in your IT environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not find anything dislike except low internet slowness, call drop during low internet which is acceptable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this tool to have in an organization to use for calling as this will enable the corporate security.
