What differentiates Wave from other similar products?
Other similar programs lacked some of the capabilities that Wave offers. Since I charge clients by the hour, I make heavy use of the billing tool. Provides easy-to-use setup to accept payments via bank transfer or credit card, automatically assigns sequential numbers to invoices, and keeps track of which have been paid and which have not. This feature is absent in many other simple business programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I use it sparingly due to my lack of extensive accounting needs, but it tracks income and expenses and integrates with its function. The feature that generates receipts to send upon receipt of payment is really attractive to me. The appearance of the invoices and receipts is very polished and expert.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only recommendation for Wave would be to remember customer emails across all functions, so you don't have to type them every time you send a receipt. When it comes to collecting money, the fees are a bit high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Wave Instead of having to create invoices monthly and wait for checks to arrive in the mail, it streamlines my process. It's fantastic how easy it is to deliver invoices to clients. Not to mention how great it is for sending regular payments.
