What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?
This system is small but has a very flexible features like flexible work hours(which does not limits the workers to work on a fixed timings)that helps businesses to increase sale in different departments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This software has a quite progressive feature that enables the vendors to be direct about sales reps numbers and that is a Auto dialing feature, Vanilla Soft records the complete call. It tracks the business leads and sales to increase the business overall sales and also has customization option for the management. The software is intuitive and easy to be used. The data fields can be customized easily, the Calendar functionality is a plus point to this software because it adds the even in the calendar solely and send it through email to the user.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software glitches for some seconds and than start working. The system lacks various integration options and has limited storage. The software logs out itself occassionally. The exported phone numbers does not carry the country code.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is perhaps the very greatest asset any company(small or large scale company) can own, its functionality tends to increase the lead management and the time management

What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?
Most of all I have tried to do I can do, and the trials are very well done in the field of help. My management team has done a very good job of setting up the system to make the system work well but a few other tools for the person and/or employee to suggest in the management team software can be very effective.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything is very well customizable. I use it in my daily position as a national sales representative. I scream using the link and all my tracks are generated on the VS page. Continuous dialing helps me a lot. It keeps me focused and makes it harder to deviate from my activities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I work on a mac; well, this web-based software usually works well with mac the vs connect does not - I can't install the mobile app so that I may check notifications properly when I'm away from my computer or out of the office.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Vanilla Soft is a great program with many changes and tracking capabilities. Support is so much fun with so many options. I would recommend this to any company looking for a staff monitoring system or themselves!
