What differentiates Typeform from other similar products?

Typeform offers great templates and survey's logics for anyone just starting creating surveys. It also provides a great experience for the respondent. It doesn't feel overwhelming, and it is pretty engaging. it is also mobile friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the templates and survey logics. It comes in very handy whenever you need to remain productive or are on a time crunch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel like they could expand more to UX research rather than sticking with basic surveys and customer's feedback/satisfaction surveys.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pretty easy to use. You should definitely try it!

I found its functionality to be clunky and not very responsive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

None. I wouldn't use it again.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very poor customer service - It takes forever to get a response from the technical team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use a more established survey builder.
