What differentiates Typeform from other similar products?

Typeform has a unique system for branching logic and creating surveys and questionnaires. Other tools such as Google Forms lack much of this functionality and are much more old-school.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Typeform makes creating forms extremely easy and intuitive. Additionally, the UI and UX are very well made for both the creators and end users of created forms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many of the features are paid, and there are significant limitations to the number of forms that can be submitted on the free plan. Similarly, there are limitations on the integrations that will be available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Typeform is a great choice for creating customized and flexible surveys that will delight users.

What differentiates Typeform from other similar products?

Typeform has a no-code approach to survey creation. This contributes to quicker setup and design of survey campaigns and expands the process of survey design and creation within my coy , to include non-technical colleagues in the department.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Typeform gives my team access to a broad and dynamic template library , This template is so broad that , i have never been a part of creating a survey in my current role, without being unable to find helpful contents for my surveys, from among the hundreds of templates which Typeform provides. Regardless of the aim of my surveys, Typeform always has a template which resonates with our use-case.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Typeform surveys are not very secured . The absence of security protocols like a captcha challenge on surveys powered with this platform , potentially exposes us to bots. I should state that we have not had any security infraction using this platform , but it is a possibility we are always looking out for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if we put the potential security lapses present on Typeform to the sides, i will recommend Typeform to any team because of the quality of engagement it brings to surveys.

What differentiates Typeform from other similar products?

Typeform has a conversational based approach to surveys. From my own experience using Typeforms for conducting market surveys , this conversation-styled approach to surveys leads to faster and better survey engagement from our target respondents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We've never had to create our survey templates from scratch on Typeform. This is because Typeform provides a large library of dynamic templates which basically fits all of our survey needs. Whether we are creating surveys to gather feedback or to conduct market research , or for any other use case, there is just always a template that fits into whatever we are looking to achieve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Poor and sometimes non-existent integration with our preferred business intelligence software collections.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

for me, conversational approach to surveys is the most effective survey design approach and for work institutions that hold a similar belief, i will readily advice them to use Typeform.
