What differentiates Twilio MessagingX from other similar products?
Relying on triggers , we are effectively automating marketing communications with customers in the comfort of their WhatsApp or Telegram. This is very important for us , as we have gotten better engagement rate through the above method, as against what is obtainable through email communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Twilio messaging maintains an archive of all communication we initiate with customers , regardless whether they were SMS or sent to social media platforms like WhatsApp. This is very important for future customer engagement analysis and compliance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For me, I am satisfied with Twilio as far as our marketing use case is concerned. Perhaps , professionals who use Twilio messaging for different purposes, may have a different experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Twilio messaging is a no brainer for me , as I believe the future of customer communication is text based as against emails.

What differentiates Twilio MessagingX from other similar products?
Twilio messaging goes beyond short service messaging ( SMS ). We use it to successfully automate engagement activity with select customers on their favourite messengers ; WhatsApp, Telegram and so on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Twilios ability to send messages to any mobile number globally is my favourite aspect of my Twilio experience. This is so important for me, because my organisation has a presence in multiple countries, and Twilio is what we have been using the past few years to power short message service (SMS) engagement with users , in the form of notifications , marketing messaging and automated engagement via mainstream messengers like Telegram.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While Twilio does an awesome job in terms of opening new marketing possibilities for us , through text messaging styled engagements with customers, Twilio does not at present, back up our marketing engagement operations with adequate analytical data and metrics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Despite the obvious lack of adequate analytical data, Twilio is a must have for the modern organisations marketing team.

Quality of support, integration with third party and strong documentations are areas of differentiation between Twilio and possible substitutes in the cloud communication software market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This has got to be the speed of delivery on Twilio, be it sms content delivery or voice message delivery during two factor authentications. By our in-house measurements, Twilio successfully delivers SMS or voice content to target recipients in less than ten seconds, globally.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have used Twilio almost on a day by day basis, in the last five year period. It has proven to be reliable and scalability has never been an issue with Twilio.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Twilio is a major factor when building scalable applications, especially if it involves user engagements in the form of prompt notifications.
