Aside from it being free to use it is very reliable and intuitive for both technicians and end users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wish there were more customization options available but overall it is very usable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a very cost effective and simple help desk ticketing system this is the answer for you! It offers both on prem and off prem server options which are both free to use.
