What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
It is a product that has grown a lot within our company to the point that one of the most used in the organization is quite a result of the success that only other products have had due to its ability to store different files and messages in a secure way Discreet and simple, it also has multiple dynamic characteristics that add a fun touch to communications, thus allowing free expression among the entire company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Among the many outstanding features that this product has, it certainly stands out in the ability to save the history of messages without the need to lose order on the ipro screens, undermining direct interaction by the user. Different ideal time groups can be created to solve problems that are caused unexpectedly. It also allows a bit more informal type of communication access for less dense communications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing, its operation is bad in my opinion, its characteristics are more than adequate and it is a fairly structured product which allows you to forget that it uses its external environment and simply focus on the development that your organization is generating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, regardless of what your company does, this product works wonderfully in any small medium-sized organization, although perhaps for large companies it becomes a bit difficult to maintain high levels of communication through this product alone. However, even in these cases, it can be used as the ideal product to organize communications from remote locations and in turn allowing fluid interactions with different groups.
