It's a powerful workflow engine with a very dedicated customer service team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automation of certain daily tasks as well as the centralized repository to follow up on all actions related with Contract obligations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Definitely the time it takes to get a ROI. It takes a lot of time to change management this implementation in to the different parts of our organization and the pricing for the tool is very expensive for the immediate return.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a very useful tool to make sure you stay on top of all your contract related topics. Dedicate some time with the customer service team from Sirion to get the most out of the tool and focus your strategy more on the quality you can get rather than on the cost you can reduce as it may take a long time to actually see an ROI.
