While using the Product , i have found the features which differentiate it from similar aspects like the the Dashboards are an efficient way to get a snapshot of where we are at across multiple suppliers in one view. The key I think to the success of us working with the product well is actually the service we receive. Having a dedicated team to look after our account is extremely beneficial and I think is what ensures a smooth working relationship It is an intuitive product that is easy to follow and use. The contract tree is the function I use the most and I find it very simple to navigate.

Nothing much but I have noticed a few steps/processes that seemed unnecessary which I have brought up with the team. They have been able to rectify them to improve efficiencies. They are very helpful and accommodating to our requests.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Working with agent to discuss and allocate a change piece/contact person from your company to assist in the migration. Having someone specifically oversee the process and monitor where things are at over a specified timeline would be helpful.
