Integration is very easy with many applications and this product is highly customizable . It seamlessly integrated with salesforce products

Reporting in PPM is robust and it provides tools for analyzing performance of the project

The cost of implementation is relatively high and the dependency on azure ecosystem . The out of the box connectors are limited

It is so complex to understand and implement because for every project there is a unique strategy and unique process to implement this makes so hard to understand Servicenow ppm.
