* The integration of multiple databases to integrate the customer base for various B2C apps. * SAP CDC is particularly beneficial for companies that want to unify and centrally control their consent management via multiple touchpoints or applications. This also includes a certain number of clients and associated consents, so that the solution pays off for companies. * Customers need a single login, which can be used across a company’s different applications
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
* SAP CDC also supplies standard screen sets that can be used, which reduces implementation time. Technically, the company can then use login screens across different applications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
* The Product is relatively new, and the documentations for its implementation is quite less. * Also the UX for their Dashboard is a bit tricky.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SAP CDC is particularly beneficial for companies that want to unify and centrally control their consent management via multiple touchpoints or applications. SAP CDC also works in the B2B environment, making it one of the few CIAM tools that is suitable for B2B’s special requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As above. Bringing many of our data points together into one system has really started to improve how we look at things. Additionally, data privacy is essential to us and the platform and vendor give us confidence in this area
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although improved over the years, the UI could be more intuitive in some areas

A thorough review of the market and competitors is vital. Additionally, ensuring you find the best SI to implement

Product recommendations machine learning model and product-based clusters gave us the power to reach out to related segments in a smart and easy way. It gave us the capability to create meaningful segments and audiences, then easily deploy email and SMS campaigns based on those segments
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The machinr learning also indicates behavioral-based clusters allowing us to target or eliminate segments with specific characteristics like high-returners, digital-only buyers or omnichannel customers
What do you dislike most about this product?
Users new to this system cannot quickly and accurately create target audiences for their targeted campaigns unless they go through a series of trainings before they can get used to the system
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A Customer Data Platform is a critical part of the marketing technology ecosystem. It creates a single view of the customer and activate data across marketing and advertising technologies with flexibility to meet unique business needs
