What differentiates Salesforce Lightning Flow from other similar products?
Obviously being part of the Salesforce system it works very well with Salesforce data and the different objects in there. What really sets it apart is the different types of triggers so you can really automate a lot of processes. It is also truly low code. There’s almost no need for coding knowledge
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much. If pushed I would say you need to have a good understanding of the object relationships within Salesforce to get the most out of it but as this is admin level functionality that is to be expected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have a play with the functionality but the strongest recommendation I would give is to take advantage of the world class trailhead training modules. They step you through everything with a real life Salesforce org and tests you knowledge as you go.
