What differentiates Salesforce Lightning Flow from other similar products?
It's very customizable, and I love on the sales side how it can sync with many sales tools (we use things like Chorus, Salesloft, ZoomInfo).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using this as a reliable source of truth for sales in the company and dashboard functionality
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have had a bug on our "accounts" page for months and it has not gone away. Not an issue to work around, just annoying.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your research! If you plan to grow your company, SFDC is a great investment to not have to change CRMs later.
