Ring Central glips allows external orgs to communicate with your org so love that feature

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Glip and mobile features are amazing

What do you dislike most about this product?

configuring users and adding numbers can be confusing at first but once you understand how to setup it gets easier

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

there are a lot of UCaaS providers but Ring has been doing it the longest out of the bunch, and they aren't a leader in the Gartner magic quadrant for nothing haha

What differentiates RingCentral MVP from other similar products?

I haven't used many other similar products so for me its the sales process. Great team who are helpful and responsive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this is the reporting feature. We use this alot for public webinars and being able to capture all of the registered attendees information and emails is very important. Its also good to have the Q&A reporting tool, so we can follow up with people's questions that were not answered.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing I like the least is that the customization is very limited. For instance, you can not change location of any images or add more highlighted speaker slots. Its very basic and "is what it is" with this part.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely research your scope and reach before purchasing webinar rooms. They have different costs associated with how many people can join a webinar. To have 1,000 attendees is a different size and cost "room" than a 500. We purchased a larger size room and never needed it, so for our first year conference we were paying for a room size we didn't need.

What differentiates RingCentral MVP from other similar products?

The easy of accessing analytics on RC admin portal and the ease of just downloading it and using it seamlessly is the key factor why I love this app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Messaging, Phone and Meetings all in 1 RC app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some bugs encountered at regular intervals that at times impact my workday

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do go for it. It's cost effective and very efficient in what it's built for.
