You can design any kind of survey project on it. It has no limitations like its competitors
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Not much to be honest. It's not very intuitive
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not very intuitive. Even adding a question is a struggle because their interface is so unnecessarily complicated and buttons are not where you would expect. It takes a lot of time to get used to it again after not using it for a while.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you do not need a super powerful survey tool, there are a lot of better (and probably cheaper) alternatives like SurveyMonkey.
