Simple + Easy to Use and Integrate
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Pulseway from other similar products?
How easy and quick it is to integrate, doing mass deployments to remote desktops has made our jobs much easier, being able to get 100+ new devices under our Pulseway management quick and painless. Also having integration with Webroot for easy deployment has saved us many hours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fluidity, the team behind development for Pulseway are quick and responsive. We've had plenty of meetings with them to discuss features and feel that they take feature requests seriously. The continued additions of features is very welcomed (ITGlue integration being one that was a more recent one that has made life easier).
What do you dislike most about this product?
There seems to be some issues with remote connections. Or at least some features that lack in this department. One big gripe would be with Pulseway not being able to retain connection as the remote computer is restarting as some other remote software providers have implemented.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The biggest thing to consider before Pulseway in my opinion is if large amounts of customization are integral. There is customization but it's more like bending the framework that is in place rather than restructuring it in a way you'd like.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Effective Service
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
Cons
- Wastes Time
- Vendor's Interest First
- Under Delivered

Allows for simple, dependable access

What differentiates Pulseway from other similar products?
Unlike many other options currently available, Pulseway is meant to be not only simple to use but also enjoyable. With brilliant visual automation, simple remote control, and a patch that just works. What I truly like is the smartphone app.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It didn't take long for us to be functioning properly. I now handle the majority of our daily tasks through my cell phones. The nicest thing is that Pulseway notifies us of any problems prior to individual perceiving any downtimes. Customer satisfaction has increased, our effort has decreased, and the overall cost has been nearly zero.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Something I dislike 1. Implementing broad modifications to the inspection rules. 2. Creating a template update and having it affect all of the servers in the same group. 3. For customized alerts, more colors are available. 4. Windows updating options, such as recommended, optional, and required updates, might be made a little clearer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A new must-have for remote desktop control, inspection, and diagnostics. Pulseway remains our first pick, from one system to several. I like how detailed each machine's perspective may be at the touch of a button. Pulseway enables me to efficiently manage systems and pcs remotely. The smartphone app has saved me from going on-site practically every day.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- Unique Features

Robust remote monitoring platform
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Pulseway from other similar products?
I spent a lot of time hunting for a strong, truly effective, reasonably priced, and user-friendly solution before discovering Pulseway which not only promises but delivers on its promises. The robust remote monitoring and IT management platform Pulseway thoroughly examines and handles all of our hardware, including Windows, SNMP, Mac, Linux, devices, and software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The bespoke scripts did a great job of automating monotonous operations that I would typically accomplish by hand. I don't really care how some machines work; I just want them to be online; however, for some of the equipment I care about, Pulseway also helps me there, by giving me the in-depth information I need about them. For turning monitoring and remote management more at ease Pulsway also offers a very user-friendly and intuitive UI.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The ability to have a solitary sensor on your network is a wonderful idea, but it is not thoroughly helpful in preventing the installation of an agent for another. Furthermore, if a system is locked and has a user hooked in, you frequently have to disconnect and rejoin it in order to transfer users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you choose Pulsway, managing your entire network and remote monitoring of your computers will be as easy and enjoyable as you could have ever imagined. Unlike most products in the industry, Pulseway is built in a way that makes it enjoyable to use in addition to being simple to use.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
