The ability to touch different levels of the organization such as project management and workflow automation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is easy for the team to pick up and run with using the product and not stuck reading manuals all day.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The support seems solid, but we often have to wait a while for updates/responses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product will easily allow multiple departments to see an increase to ROI after adoption.
