What differentiates PrimePay from other similar products?
The simplicity with which I can support the employees in reporting for management and anytime I need to support the individual with a problem is the best.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automated implementation of retroactive changes. There is no need for any human interaction. Excellent client service. The user interface of SyncHR HCM is really pleasant. I really like the 'Myself' tab on the main page, which highlights all critical indicators for me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reports area was difficult to navigate. The database required a significant time for updates, sometimes even over 90 days, to ensure that data was appropriately reported in a timely manner.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Employees have access to an easy-to-use HR software. It is simple to report working hours and seek leave apart. An excellent tool for summarizing all personnel benefits and easily referring to important paperwork.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SyncHR is a sensational software within the scope of Core HR, there are not many better than it, the product allows to execute different payrolls simultaneously during different periods of time, SyncHR offers a 180 ° change to the other products on the market, making the system more dynamic. HR at the same time that its data structure allows the accommodation of information both on the level and on the position of the person in the organizational plane.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software presents problems with its technical support and when asking for information the answer tends to take a long time to arrive. The GL setup is a bit fiddly and tends to get cumbersome as you go along, the benefits also tend to be a bit difficult to setup. All this is due to the flaws that the software's own training system presents, since the instructions on how to implement it tend to be very deficient and unclear, which means that most of the time we are adrift and under our control. own account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In summary, it is a fairly robust software with functions and tools that stand out due to its magnificence, however, it cannot be executed by itself and if personnel are not adequately trained for its use, the software becomes one of the many.
