AutoPilot's journey designer gave us the ability to design our cross - channel campaigns in a drag - and - drop fashion. Regardless of the channel that the customer is using to engage with us, Autopilot ensures that the messaging stays consistent It is easy to use and doesn't require extensive training
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Autopilot is user-friendly and the integration possibilities are endless. I appreciate AutoPilot's sleek user interface, it's simple to configure and add graphics and visuals in the email campaigns
What do you dislike most about this product?
Building and updating a single email is straightforward, but handling a large list can be challenging
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Autopilot's phenomenal drag-and-drop interface, enables you to send beautiful newsletters, build and design email campaigns to engage your audience, thereby converting more contacts into customers

What differentiates Ortto from other similar products?
Amazing set of robust filters to segregate and extract valuable customer behavior patterns and the ability to direct two variants of the same page and get insightful reports on each page's performance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The built-in calendar helps us send a link to our contacts so that they can choose a convenient slot for appointments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There hasn't been a real frustration with Autopilot. Only that Managing the full list of emails is tricky compared to editing an individual email.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The segmentation capabilities of Autopilot allows you to store as many data points as you want without paying anything extra.

What differentiates Ortto from other similar products?
More than 30 parameters to optimize email campaigns which including open behavior, timezone, ISP, email client, etc. Templates created or exported from 3rd party platforms are automatically saved. The email reports, drip campaigns and automation workflows are thorough.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The option to create own template using HTML, from scratch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Autopilot is great platform but i hate that i can't filter out the synchronization with Pipedrive based on various values such as custom fields.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Autopilot if your marketing needs have grown so much and you need to integrate all your marketing in one place. You can run a Facebook ad and direct people to a landing page where you collect their email address.
