What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool has simplified our job in insurance industry.Earlier it was difficult to visit every remote location regularly and in huge customer base industry it was not possible sometimes.But with OneSign Span it became easy to introduce our customers the policies, insurances, documents and it can be signed digitally without visiting anywhere.Customers can ask query over virtual meetings and can share their identity proofs over the platform to process their application. It can be integrated with Salesforce, SharePoint for better usage of this tool.Can send documents to multiple users at a time without having to prepare in individual transaction

What do you dislike most about this product?

I only dislike the limitations on sending documents which should increased more. Apart that it has fulfilled our expectations.

I prefer this tool as it is best among similar products. It has best pricing structure for your business types. You can get your agreement or documents signed electronically without spending much time in physical meetings. You can also authenticate the transactions with proper identification. I have a pleasant experience with this software in my company. It has reduced both time and cost. It is user friendly and available in reasonable price. Can integrate with Salesforce CRM to import contacts and share through SharePoint also. Integration is easy and simple.

Easy to use tool, flexible enough to integrate. Sign documents digitally without any issue. Documents are encrypted and safe in cloud. Can be accessed from both web and mobile devices. Provides ID verification and authentication to access agreements or documents. Signers can attach ID proofs to e-signatures.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Best tool in e-sign category. Now a days physical paper signing process is decreasing and digital signature is trending in market. It is secure and authenticated so there's no fear of loss of any data of your company. You can easily create documents and add users or signers using drang and drop facility. Signers can use these processes using their web devices or mobile devices which gives a big impression to your company. In our company we deal with vendors virtually and after reading documents they sign digitally and later it will be saved in our cloud storage for future reference. Users can also download the signed documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes in mobile devices it becomes slower. Apart that I have never found anything wrong with this application. Love this product.

API is complicated. The first integration was more costly than I would've hoped.

Hire a good dev shop to get you started. Document your process in a module, and then expand the capabilities across the organization.
