Software for managing boards

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
Using OnBoard to disseminate details about upcoming meetings and other crucial information saves time for both myself and the receivers. Staff and Team members are now more productive and more organized. Even more so now, when most of our meetings are held online, the ability to quickly retrieve and go over meeting packets is a huge time saver.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about OnBoard is how easily and quickly it can be adopted by my Board of Directors. I am getting close to folks on the platform. The app's cross-platform compatibility has made it convenient for me, and I like how it has replaced our need for paper files. Creating an agenda and meeting minutes has never been easier than with OnBoard and its Minutes Builder.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Minutes Builder is one example of a technology that might be useful but comes at an additional expense. It was difficult to send a message to the whole group at once, so I haven't used the tool very much. It would be convenient if members could modify their current contact information rather than needing to establish a new one every time they changed email providers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Anybody thinking about using this program has my enthusiastic endorsement. As a company, OnBoard has been a pleasure to work with, and its product is excellent in every way. I like that OnBoard is constantly evolving to meet the demands of its users. Service to customers is superb.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
The Onboard is an extremely user-friendly platform that is equally friendly both for our new and skilled employees. The capability that it has offered us to download and evaluate meeting packages fast is its main strength, notably when we're all meeting electronically.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Not only is the product incredibly amazing but also the team is extremely helpful and ensures that the situation is resolved quickly. To have a live schedule that several people can amend and modify without relying on a single person to collate is also beneficial. Instead of manually making Board Books with a PDF feature, OnBoard makes it simpler for us to make and use them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the services that could be useful, such as the Minutes Builder, are not easy to use without having proper know-how of it. Scheduling meetings with OnBoard is not always simple. We can only connect one Zoom account at a time, which may be inconvenient if you have numerous administrators.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It saves me a lot of time because I don't have to go to the photocopier to make a lot of packets. If you want the same benefit, start using it right away! OnBoard has a trendy, clean, and stylish and is, for the most part, simple to use but in some cases, you will need proper knowledge of it to use it efficiently.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Respectful

This drastically reduced our time and cost.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
Using OnBoard has substantially reduced that time, even though the same quantity of data can now be uploaded in under an hour, which takes many hours before it. Both the end-user and the administrator will find the program to be intuitive and user-friendly. As the admin, I enjoy how easy it is to make last-minute adjustments to the materials and how the attendees of the meeting are notified as soon as the update is published.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are able to log in securely through MFA at work or home via OnBoard, which is considerably easier for trustees to use, and OnBoard is also easier to maintain and use than our in-house solution. Creating the agenda from a word doc, accessing Zoom links from OnBoard, an enhanced calendar, and a resource library are all useful features for us. It's simple to use, and I also like the ongoing implementation of new features, updates, and enhancements. The integration went smoothly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It might be tough to persuade board members to change, but once they do, it is typically easy sailing! It would be wonderful to have several template options for the minute's builder. I haven't used the messaging option much, but I've found it difficult to reach out to the entire group at once. I wish there was a way for members to update their email addresses without creating a new contact.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The OnBoard software is simple to use both as an executive and as a user. It's a fantastic tool for storing all of our documents in one location, and the software is updated on a regular basis by the provider. Extra functionality can be purchased as part of a package. I'd like to be able to purchase more features on my own. Aside from that, the OnBoard Portal is a useful tool.
