What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
I think OnBoard is the easiest to use of the other online board software products. It also has dedicated service staff and is great to use as an administrator, as we are able to reset passwords and do other things to make our board members work easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate that I can make documents readable only by certain members, that I can duplicate meetings that recur, and that I have saved an enormous amount of time and paper using the product as our source for board materials.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like an internal search feature. It would also be helpful to be able to mass-change meeting settings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is always good to compare products, but I think that, if you are a board liaison, especially of a non-profit board, this product is the way to go. It does everything you need, and you can get help quickly. I do not personally have experience with for-profit boards, but it may be that this product would work well for them. I am so glad we chose OnBoard, and I am grateful for its efficiency, ease of use, and features year round.
