What differentiates Microsoft Viva Engage from other similar products?
Yammer allows our team to engage with our messaging in a more confluent manner. It allows for individual chat, but it also provides a clear platform for starting an interdepartmental discussion.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Yammer has the familiar feel of any social networking product. This makes it easy to learn and use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be nice to see a more robust integration between Yammer and other MS products.

What differentiates Microsoft Viva Engage from other similar products?
Since we are already using Microsoft software's like Teams to connect. It makes sense to use social networking software from Microsoft it provides good features, security and easy implementation
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This provides a good way to connect with fellow employees. Its company internal social network and very user friendly. It can be used for announcements, fun posts, and contests. This platform also has the option to make groups based on interest or hobby. User can decide to make posts either to whole company or a specific group. The ability to like and comment makes the posts interactive, and users can share media files like photos and videos.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the posts get lost when visiting next time. Default feed can be improved on which posts get shown on home page Reply on comments are not nested, so it could get confusing sometimes. Email notification is also too overwhelming sometimes, there should be a easy way to control the number of emails. notification also has two categories, they can make it a simple notification under one option.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend this tool for any organization as social network is a key part of people in this digital world. employees are already used to using social network, so having a ready to use private social network would add great value. this can be used in multiple way and gives people the ability to connect with each other.
