What differentiates Microsoft Viva Engage from other similar products?
Some differences Ive noticed is: Integration with Office 365 Yammer is built on Microsoft's secure and compliant cloud platform Its available on mobile devices It also provides the ability to create polls, surveys and Q&A
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with O365 is probably the best part of it all. Also the ability to facilitate collaboration and communication among teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Yammer has a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it things will move much smoother. Getting all employees to use Yammer can be a challenge, especially if they are not accustomed to using social networking platforms for work-related activities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start small and gradually increase the use of Yammer. It's often easier to get employees to adopt the platform if they are introduced to it gradually. Make sure that employees are aware of what's going on in their groups and that they are encouraged to participate in conversations and share their knowledge.

What differentiates Microsoft Viva Engage from other similar products?
The best feature of Yammer is the option to build your own community and communicate only with friends, family, and coworkers. The updated Yammer resembles Facebook.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can network and work with other colleagues thanks to it. Any Office 365 app is instantly accessible via Yammer. The best part is that we are not violating any corporate privacy by posting anything that is connected to our business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be better optimized because it functions more as a social media platform for the members of a specific organization. It can suggest coworkers who use Yammer but finding them can be challenging. Another issue that really bothers me is how difficult it is to find older postings as the quantity of posts grows. However, there is room for improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
