The best tool for remote work
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Microsoft Data Quality Services from other similar products?
It is simple to set up, even for non-technical people, syncs with Sharepoint to make file sharing simple and allows simultaneous updating of a shared document. And meeting recordings are saved at Sharepoint, and a file is automatically produced to organize them. Transcription lets you skim the conversation and jump to the relevant part of the tape.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The call quality and outlook integration of Microsoft DQS are its best features. This software provides the sharing of calendars and the opportunity to confirm meeting participant availability, allowing for accurate scheduling. The interface of calls is quite great, and conversations are always clear and heard. One of its strengths is the flexibility to use the same software for calls and chats.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Low bandwidth can be a problem. Thus you might have to turn the cameras off to make up for it. Chats must be muted to prevent notifications from continuously appearing in the bottom right corner, which can be highly distracting when working. The whiteboards require more integration, such as the ability to prepare ahead of time, save when sessions are over, etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As only a code is required, joining a team is fairly simple. The meeting's presenter can modulate their voice to reduce background noise. This software has enabled us to operate remotely more effectively because we no longer need to share files on another platform or hold meetings on a different one. Everything can be done in one location.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
