What differentiates Microsoft Azure Automation from other similar products?

User friendly UI. Availability of both drag and drop and manual code features. It can be costly as compared to others but saves a slot of time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Availability of both drag and drop features and code options such as YAML files. Its time saving to write a template a use same with different variables for different environments,

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its can be hard to learn for some and costly as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest to give it a try with free/demo options and see if it works for you.
