What differentiates Mediafly Coach360 from other similar products?

The ability to create unique coaching plans based on specific areas of improvment. You can really tailor the coaching plans to focus on a specific area of improvement based on scores from Voicemails and Completed Calls. It really allows you the ability to customize coaching and drive continuous improvement throughout your organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customized coaching plans and the ability to tailor the voicemail and completed call metrics to deep dive opportunities for coaching and growth.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The syncing with our CRM is sometimes not perfect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work with the team on the front end to get set up and know how to tailor everything to your specific needs and don't be afraid to ask for help or guidance.

What differentiates Mediafly Coach360 from other similar products?

Efficient at grabbing a large number of calls to review and coach to. Excellent abilities for both self coaching and leadership coaching and team coaching.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really enjoy being able to notate and highlight specific portions of the call so that my employees know exactly where they see and hear the areas that we want to focus and improve upon.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was an easier way to get back to the coaching plan after listening to a call that is in the coaching plan.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Embrace Execvision as a tool. This tool is there for the improvement of your individuals to make them better...and it works.

What differentiates Mediafly Coach360 from other similar products?

When we looked into Execvision, we compared it to Gong. I found that Execvision was easier to use especially when trying to customize what I want to see daily. It was easy to deploy weekly coaching requests to the team and allows me to better support my reps in a remote function.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

how you can comment and score calls at the same time. I also love being able to specifically look for topics in calls like "challenge" or "product gap mentioned" or "objection".

What do you dislike most about this product?

I love everything about this product and there is nothing I don't like.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In a post covid world- this tool is the most impactful tool that I have in supporting my reps. As we continue to work remotely, this tool allows me to be right with my reps and helping the newer reps get up to speed.
