What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?
They teach you how to use the system to design your own database and CLM. Their backend system doesn't take hours of classes to learn how to design. A basic user with a clear plan and basic knowledge of the system with a few hours of reading some articles and interacting with the Malbek team,, can design a fully integrated and tailored CLM for their own business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and clean design. Once in the system it is very user friendly to be able to find what you need, use and identify clauses, create reports, and make choices on who and how to use your very own system for your business and contracts to grow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a lot of reading when there is an issue. If you need to go back and find out what you missed, you sometimes have to go down a rabbit hole of articles and trainings to get their before a technology expert can help you.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you know exactly what you want and how you want to use a CLM before purchasing. Map out all your workflows. Who will need to see contracts, who will need restricted access, etc. Have a clear plan in place before purchasing.
