What do you dislike most about this product?
The training could use some beefing up. There's a LOT of programming involved and several languages from which to choose, which is sometimes confusing. There are so many ways to navigate and submenus to use, that figuring out what to apply, how to apply it and where to find the function has often left us scratching our heads.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to give yourself plenty of time for learning and conversion. The learning curve is steep, but the functionality is exceptional. We have received excellent customer service from the initial stages and have a personal representative helping us scale the mountain.
