An Advanced Tool for Managing Meetings.

What differentiates Livestorm from other similar products?

Livestorm provides many options like group chat, group video meetings, and another audio conference with the group. It is very easy to use and we can connect with groups all over the world. What I like about this product is that it can connect callers on landlines to our mobile phones directly. With that, the caller ID is awesome!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I adore how simple it is to begin meetings with any number of staff members. Because of this, collaboration is quite successful. I also appreciate that I can use the mobile app to access it. Businesses may consider using Livestorm to create a work phone number that can be used for calls, texts, internal chats with coworkers, and even video conversations. As a user, I have control over how I communicate with my audience, can create polls and view a list of participants for future participation. It's a fantastic, simple, and lightweight solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I’ve noticed that support can be slow to respond when problems arise, but our problem was eventually resolved. I would like to respond to complaints more positively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Livestorm proves to be an incredibly user-friendly platform catering to video conferencing, live chat, webinars, and surveys. It allows me to conveniently schedule meetings and events while offering the flexibility to check in at my convenience. Previously, I juggled between multiple tools for work, but now Glip streamlines my tasks, saving time and reducing the required effort. I truly value the efficiency this tool brings to the table.
