Great routing product, bit of a learning curve

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?
LeanData stuck out to our team as a way to help route leads and adjust rules/territories with control resting in our hands. In a business model where territories were somewhat fluid, it allowed us to make the adjustments ourselves without having to wait on our Salesforce team to rewrite rules.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's flexibility. It can honestly do just about anything.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It took a bit of effort to get over the learning curve. It's a complex product that can do a multitude of things, and while the UI is fairly easy to navigate, it takes some time to get used to adjusting and creating flows.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go through the training and make sure to have multiple team members versed on the product.

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?
What I think sets it apart from other tools is its power to handle complex routing needs and much more. It undoubtedly outperforms other tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about this tool is that it delivers on its promises, and it's easy to audit processes to see what works and what doesn't. I also appreciate the ability to test the flow with specific records before implementation. The LeanData system is crucial for ensuring that the tools work well together and that business processes are followed, especially since it's responsible for managing some of our highest-priority leads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While they're constantly releasing new features, the launch time seems a bit long, but that's not a problem since we're always looking forward to innovations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can recommend this tool because it's easily accessible, allowing me to adjust and assign users natively within our system to perfectly suit our sales model.
