How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?
LeanData organizes all the demand flowing into an organization (often in the form of leads) and enables very precise logic to route that demand based on customer data, opportunity data and other business logic. Essentially, it solves the problem of connecting customer interests with the best person in the organization who can satisfy that interest. Prior to adopting LeanData, companies typically had a plethora of Salesforce lead routing rules. Not only are these rules difficult to update/maintain, but they simply don't account for most of the large-scale routing use cases you will encounter.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
LeanData has many interesting features that are easily overlooked. Regular familiarization with the available features can add value to an organization after the initial purchase and implementation. LeanData's ability to match leads to user accounts and attributes to add leads to automated processes is useful for processing and qualifying leads. LeanData's routing interface is fairly easy to use with a little training.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fulfillment you can get from your account is only as good as the fulfillment you can get from your account. If your account information is incorrect, the attributes you can be matched with potential customers will be incorrect. Data quality matters. Parts of the architecture (such as domain management and circular queues) are decoupled from the central routing graph interface; there are many parts to keep track of. The visual interface is easy to use, but not intuitive. With training, many design decisions make sense, but may be difficult to explain to a layperson.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
LeanData account matching is useful if you want to make better decisions about new leads as they enter your CRM. It allows you to match existing accounts with a decent degree of accuracy and extract attributes attached to your accounts. This unlocks a ton of automation and potential processes. If account matching is an obstacle, then LeanData is the right tool. LeanData is not a worthwhile solution when you have a small sales team tracking a small number of leads based on simple logic.

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?
LeanData integrates with Salesforce seamlessly. The UI is simple to use and intuitive. There are new features being regularly released and the core functionality is consistently improved upon. LeanData offers multiple resources that keep you informed about new functionality and showing use cases that help you optimize your routing flow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The audit logs are extremely helpful when troubleshooting issues with the lead flow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integrations with other products are not always easy to implement and can require collaboration with another vendor that is unfamiliar with LeanData.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend it highly. The cost is reasonable and it saves you hours of time each week.

LeanData has a more robust lead routing (and other record routing) solution than I've seen, with more customization possible than other systems I've used

It's important to know exactly how your business functions before you can properly set this up. Know it in and out and where each lead (or other record) needs to go in any circumstance
