What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?
For us, it was its ease of use (particularly for older generation users) and the scheduling, marketing, and AI receptionist features/add-ons. It came down to Jobber vs. Housecall Pro, and I just really liked Jobber's UI and thought it would resonate well with my fellow owners and employees. Thankfully, I was right!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
By far the customer journey. Jobber makes it so easy to move a client from request > quote > job (new feature for us coming from Quickbooks only) > invoice > and, finally, payment. The customization of the quotes and invoices is clutch for our ability to standardize product offerings but customize thereafter, and it's so much easier and nicer-looking than Quickbooks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I still think the mobile app has a ways to go to be useful for the admin. Clearly, the app was initially built as a field tool - which I agree with this decision. However, it would be nice to be able to do more with quotes, jobs, invoices, and more as a super user as these items aren't as intuitive. Still, it's a strong app that I'm not mad about.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't overthink your options and just trial the program. You'll quickly find that it has a lot more features than you probably realized initially, and hopefully it'll be a great fit for you and your business. If not, you're not out any money (or even much money if you choose to pay for a month). It integrates really well with Quickbooks and other programs. So, if you're considering leaving Quickbooks, my recommendation is to continue to use QB for expense reconciliation and profit/loss reports (and payroll, of course, if you use it for that, too), but manage all-things-customers in Jobber!

What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?
It allows me to enter any keyword and find exactly what I'm looking for, which streamlines my process of searching for positions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
By providing new job ideas and helping me discover positions through its search tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I found the setup process to be somewhat challenging, particularly towards the end. It was not clear from the beginning that there was a payment required to apply for jobs, which was an unwelcome surprise. I believe the cost should be disclosed upfront to avoid any misunderstandings or surprises later on.
