What differentiates Ironclad CLM from other similar products?
The user interface is light, modern and intuitive. They are also a leader in integrating AI into their product. The UX is what made all of the difference - ease of implementation, much better and faster adoption rates, and faster realization of the ROI of the tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The AI driven contract upload module needs work. It needs to be tied more closely to the specific fields that we use for each contract type.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask for a demo environment in order to get a feel for workflow designer. That will give you an excellent perspective on how the tool works and what the UI is like to work within.
