The least effective component of this system is the file organizing feature. It's a good tool for business use, and its support team does a great job of fixing any issues. When our sales team has to locate particular content for an event or distribute it to clients, we don't have to communicate with them as frequently. Keeping things organized and up to date, our marketing team has found incredibly beneficial.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best ever advantage of this system is that to offer us deep insights and improved transparency across the sales cycle, Highspot platform has completely closed the loop between our marketing, sales, and customers. Among the features is content management, the capacity to communicate with prospects over the telephone and by mail, screen sharing with instant notifications, extensive analytics, interaction with current sales tools, and more.
