What differentiates Highspot from other similar products?
It was the best option we found in the market, taking into account the cost of your license and the set of tools that come with the Highspot platform, this platform has brought us great growth thanks to automate a large number of functions that at the time had to be done manually.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a platform with a relatively simple and intuitive interface. It has tools for secure storage that can be modified if necessary, and you can store files in multiple formats, including links to external websites. Highspot is a visual platform with several search options, though they are only effective if you remember a keyword for your need. We love being able to specifically gather content to send to a client and then see what content they have read and how much time they have spent on each page so that we can strategize for future conversations about the content sent to them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One disappointment is that the Highspot platform does not have a social chat service where you can discuss a document, nor do I have the option to send a specific message to multiple people.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Thanks to the tracking that we have been able to have of the users that go through our websites, we have implemented more efficient strategies that have brought more effective results. It is now okay with the file size sent to a client by email since we have the tools that Highspot gives us. In this way, we have greatly improved the interaction and communication with our clients and have had the opportunity to provide more meaningful and productive future business conversations.

What differentiates Highspot from other similar products?
The issue is that consumers may find it challenging to stay current due to the volume of content they must manage and the nearly continual changes made to products, services, and general marketing content. Highspot assists by providing fresh content and minimizing the possibility of using out-of-date data. The tool was superb.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has changed the way we presently view our onboarding programs in order to give scalable e-learning training. It takes a lot of work to create an e-learning course, but Highspot has made it simple with its drag-and-drop design tools. After a lesson is authorized, anyone can add it to their own custom course by using the lesson library that we decided to develop.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If there was a method to make pitches and other marketing materials more unique, that would be great. I also need to learn how to retrieve my pitches from their storage regions because I still don't understand how the user interface works.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Of course, I advise using Highspot. This is a terrific approach to streamlining your sales process and determining when and how to devote more time to your clients or prospects. This is a fantastic approach to share with your team which material works and store content in the cloud. Organize your "Spots" from the start to ensure success!
