What differentiates GO Platform by Allego from other similar products?

The price - it does very similar things as Gong for example, however no where near the same costs. They also have an added feature to set coaching scenario tasks using video recording which has been a really great tool to get the sales teams engaged and actively coaching

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using Allego makes my life as a Sales Manager so much easier - it has enabled me to become more proactive, coach more on a regular basis as well as seeing after 3months a significant improvement in sales performance with conversion rates going up 3-5% which really help to show the ROI. It makes it so easy with trigger words to be notified when I need to listen to a call e.g. perhaps discounting was mentioned which would be a flag for me. It is also very easy to use, tagging, sharing, leaving comments helps create a culture of coaching and self improvement as well as having a safe space for Sales Execs to know "what good looks like"

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only downside for me was the initial implementation - we had issues with our Numonix and for the first month had to turn it off due to internal calls being recorded and coming through

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Check your integration requirements - we used Teams which wasn't the easiest

What differentiates GO Platform by Allego from other similar products?

Allego is very easy to use and the call quality is outstanding. Also it automatically records your call so it's very time saving.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That the calls are easily recorded in high quality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There were some issues before in terms of call quality but it was fixed immediately by the support team

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think this product is perfect!!
