How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

I use Invision every day. It is our main solution.

What differentiates Freehand from other similar products?
I am used to the software. I like the Slack integration, which allows me to get notifications for every comment. I am delighted that I had a problen just once and the support was fast and knowledgeable. They also offer free version, limited, of course, but I was enough when I was starting. I tried other softwares, but I feel better with Invision :)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the easy collaboration between me and the other team members, clients and developers :) Way better than other applications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That I have to pay for it (just kidding my boss pays). I really enjoy using the product for prototyping and collaboration, I don't have anything to dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I usually recommend it as a solution, when other products can't be used - It was a mobile app and the person had problems previewing the screens in another app - Invision was the solution!
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Trustworthy
- Efficient Service
- Effective Service
Cons
- Commodity Features
- Wastes Time

Relatively easy to use for a non-designer

What differentiates Freehand from other similar products?
As far as rapid prototyping, I'm not familiar with a tool that works better. I think they could make it easy to incorporate small interactions, but it is great for creating a high-fidelity flow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a writer, the comments work very well. The inspect mode is also helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It doesn't seem to do interactions quite as well as products like Axure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think InVision is pretty intuitive and great for high-fidelity prototypes. I'm sure it can do even more than I use it for.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
